2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances before processing starts:

  1. Duplicate payment for the same service
  2. Payment made for a service not delivered due to system or internal error
  3. Order cancelled by the customer before any processing work has started

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
